✦ Slow Sips — a seed, a pause, and seven invitations into your own story.

Some seasons don't end so much as loosen.

The hard things don't stop happening — they just start arriving with a little more space between them. I don't know when that shift happened. I only noticed it after the fact, the way you notice the light has changed without seeing it move.

Seven Invitations

Think of a season you survived. When did you first notice it was loosening — and were you already through it by the time you saw it?

What's something hard that's still arriving in your life, but with a little more space around it than before?

Is there a shift happening in you right now that you haven't named yet — something you can feel but can't quite see?

What does relief feel like in your body when it finally comes? Not joy. Not resolution. Just the loosening.

Think of someone who helped you through a hard season without either of you saying so out loud. What did that look like?

What story are you still in the middle of that you keep trying to rush to the end of?

If you could say one thing to yourself at the beginning of your hardest season, knowing what you know now — what would it be?
